Similarly to the telecommunication sector and the financial institutions, significant developments were carried out at public utility companies as well, in recent years, and as a result, for the most part, these organisations became efficiently operating business entities having increasingly fruitful relationships with their customers. This was in their best business interest, as in most places the liberalisation of the market brought about higher standards of competition. The telecommunication and the financial institution sectors have got through this liberalisation process, and the experience gathered by IQSYS in this field can be easily converted, so that they can be applied to the public utility companies, in order to improve our competitiveness and establish a customer-oriented attitude.
